February 2024 Florida Bar Exam Results
The February 2024 Florida Bar Exam results will be released on Monday, April 15. The results will be posted on the Florida Supreme Court’s website and Twitter feed.
Very Low February 2024 Pass Rate
There were 593 first-time applicants who took the full Bar Examination on February 27-28, 2024,
in Tampa. There were 334 first-time full Bar Exam applicants who passed the February test.
This represents a 56.3 percent passage rate among those test takers. (Quoting the FBBE February 2024 Release.)
Compare July 2023
There were 2,163 first-time applicants1 who took the full Bar Examination2 on July 25-26, 2023,
in Tampa. There were 1,548 first-time full Bar Exam applicants who passed the July test. This
represents a 71.6-percent passage rate among those test takers. (Quoting the FBBE July 2023 Release.)
The February Florida Bar Exam results are almost always lower than the July results. Maybe this is because there’s a larger pool of applicants for the July exam. We don’t necessarily think so. Straight up, the February exam seems to be a bit more difficult than the July exam. Just our opinion. …
